Colourful costumes, floats, and artistic performances – the Cape Town Carnival parade returns to its former glory this year.
More than 1 200 participants from 41 groups, drawn from various communities across Cape Town, will delight onlookers with their infectious Afr’energy – the theme of this year’s event – on the Fan Walk in Green Point on Saturday, 18 March.
The parade starts at 18:00.
The event is free to the public, but tickets are available for seats in strategically placed stands along the parade route.
